Introductory Meeting
We conduct an in-person consultation to understand your needs, review trends, and identify tailored opportunities, resulting in a personalised, commercially effective wine strategy.
Presentation & Tasting
We then arrange a follow-up visit to present a tailored wine selection, refine design and layout ideas, and apply proven concepts to create a high-performing, brand-aligned wine list to help you sell more wine.
Personalised Support
Upon approval of our proposal, we then provide a quick online setup and flexible delivery schedule, followed by ongoing support, training, and tools to optimise their wine offering.

FCP Wines was founded by Tom Ellis in 2007. From humble beginnings supplying the Oxford colleges with Champagne, the company has grown to a National wine supplier with Tom steadfast at the helm steering FCP toward the future.

Joining the FCP team in 2022, Rob brings his wealth of management and hospitality experience over the past 20 years and applies it to this new venture in the wine industry heading up the operations team at FCP.

With a plethora of wine knowledge and qualifications under his belt, Theo made the change from the Oxford University wine cellars to FCP back in 2017. Thereafter, he has been an integral part of the operation, applying his deep understanding of wine to the trade-wine industry.

With an impressive wealth of wine industry experience, Tina joined the FCP team during the acquisition of a Wickwar based wine company in 2022. Tina’s experience includes positions across the whole industry in addition to roles at 4 regional trade wine suppliers, putting her 30 years of experience to great use looking after all our customers in the South West.

We offer reliable, regular deliveries using our dedicated fleet. Most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days, depending on your location. Specific delivery days and times can be arranged with your account manager.

FCP Wines supplies exclusively to trade clients, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and independent retailers. We do not sell to private consumers, supermarkets, or large chain retailers.
